Cons
- You'd be responsible for the mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and shovelling snow.
- No garage. There are two spaces in the back that are off the street, though.
- There isn't a lot of insulation between the upstairs and downstairs units, so you need to be fairly quiet after 10pm.
- No dishwasher.
